Hi my name is Erica Sharpe and here is a little about me.  I graduated from Elizabeth City State University where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. This will be my seventh year in the classroom as a second grade teacher. I started my career in Halifax County in which I taught second grade for one year. I then started teaching at Stocks Elementary where I also taught second grade for two years and later joined Martin Millennium Academy for their inaugural year. One of my biggest accomplishments thus far in my teaching career was being voted Martin Millennium Academy’s 2016-2017 Teacher of the Year!  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and of course teaching our wonderful youth of today.
